Coaching
How to prepare
You do not need a polished agenda. You do need a willingness to be honest, curious, and specific.
Before session one
- What would make coaching worthwhile for you?
- Where do you feel stuck, stretched, or less effective than you want to be?
- What patterns keep repeating?
- What would be different six months from now if the work succeeds?
Before each session
- What is taking up the most mental space?
- What decision or conversation are you avoiding?
- Where did your actions align—or fail to align—with your intentions?
- What outcome would make this session useful?
After each session
Capture the commitment you made, the experiment you will run, and what you will notice before we meet again. Insight matters; application is what changes the work.
