How it starts
We begin with a short conversation about what is on your mind and whether working together feels like a good fit. You don’t need a polished explanation or a fully defined goal. A question, an ambition, or a sense that something could be different is enough to start.
A typical session
You bring the situation, decision, pattern, or question. I bring focused listening, candid questions, perspective, and a disciplined process for moving from reflection to action. Sessions take place virtually through Google Meet.
Length and structure
Sessions are scheduled for one hour. We begin by clarifying what you want to accomplish in the conversation. From there, we explore the issue, identify practical actions, and define how you will hold yourself accountable for moving forward.
I aim to complete the core conversation within 50 minutes, leaving additional time for reflection, questions, or anything that needs a little more space.
Confidentiality
The coaching relationship depends on trust. What you share stays confidential, within the professional and legal boundaries we agree to at the outset.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentorship. I will not hand you a generic playbook or pretend to know your context better than you do. The work is to help you see more clearly, choose deliberately, and follow through.
